Erica loves to perform and has been synchronized swimming since 1997, competing all over Canada. “When I found out that
¡SALSA CALIENTE! is a dance team that travels and performs internationally it seemed like a dream, and from then on it was my goal to make the cut."  Erica is thrilled to be a member of ¡SALSA CALIENTE! for the third year in a row, and is eager to increase her dancing level and experience.

JEFF CROWE
Jeff started dancing in 2003 by taking a teen social dance class. When he came to UVic he joined the UVic Ballroom Dance Club and has been enjoying a variety of dances ever since. It wasn't until last year that Jeff really got bitten by the salsa bug and started taking more classes with
¡SALSA CALIENTE! and going out to the social dances. Once he got familiar with the friendly Victoria salsa community he decided that the best way to quickly improve his salsa dancing skills would be to try out for one of ¡SALSA CALIENTE! 's teams. Jeff was thrilled to make it on the Touring Team and is looking forward to traveling, performing and learning with the team this year.

NICOLE MICHEL
In 2007 Nicole, with no salsa experience, was a part of the
